Here at Wetsmash we take all requests for content removal very seriously and our dedicated support team operates 24/7 to promptly address and remove any content violating our terms of service.

Your report remain entirely confidential as our platform is a closed content source meaning we put up our contents ourselves, all contents before been uploaded to our customer is vetted to make sure we are complying with regulations and if for any reason any of our contents is flag or fall short of standard, our in house team will first be reviewing, investigating and dealing with the complaints immediately and we aim to resolve the matter within 7 business days.

REVIEW PROCESS

Our review process consist of checking all facts presented, going to look any paperwork (Release, IDs on file, our varied content provider etc) available to us on file, reaching out to any or all parties that might be involved and if we require more time to gather more information we would notify you immediately to make sure we are on the-same page.

DECISION

We aim to conclude our review within 7 business days and if decision doesn’t go your way and you have right to an appeal.

APPEAL

If there should be disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral party
